 As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina, I’m here to provide compassionate support for those seeking growth and healing. I earned my Master’s Degree from East Carolina University, where I specialized in Clinical and School Counseling. Go Pirates!

I hold a certification in Military and Trauma Counseling, which deepens my understanding of the unique experiences of those populations and helps me offer specialized interventions. I’m also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an effective therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns. Additionally, I’m certified in Animal-Assisted Therapy and trained in Natural Lifemanship, a modality for Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy that offers profound connections between humans and animals.

I believe that a strong, genuine therapeutic relationship is the foundation for growth and transformation. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths and discover new ways to be their own advocates and agents of change. I encourage clients to explore their resilience, especially in today’s ever-changing world.

My experience includes supporting individuals with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes. My approach is attachment-based, trauma-informed, somatic, and integrative, drawing on a variety of techniques to ensure therapy is tailored to each unique client.
